This is a medically supervised Fat Loss Program. Program consists of these key elements:


*A Meal Plan - guide is chosen for you specifically based on your body-composition scale results during your first visit. It will help individuals lose weight and learn how to achieve lasting results through balanced and proportioned meal selections. The North Valley MedSpa meal plan menu selections include an approved list of foods along with a combination of perfectly-portioned, easy to make meals based on your body’s composition.


*Interactive App - to help you understand whole body health, build segmental balance, and make healthy changes that will allow you to live well today, tomorrow, and for years to come.


*Body Analysis - given every week using Inbody scanning technologies to analyze your body fat, muscle, water and other scientific data to inform our medical staff as to your progress and personal challenges.


*Daily Communication - with our medical staff, able and capable to coach and direct you toward your specific health goals with support and encouragement throughout the Program.


*Fat Loss IV or IM shots - IVs are given during your visits on Week1 and Week3. IM shots are given Week2 and Week4.
